Spin and Stretch Series

April 17 - May 22, 2024 - 6 week series

Wednesdays 9:00 - 10:00 am

If you are interested or curious about spin but don't want to do a full class, Natalie will be offering this 6 week spin and stretch series. The class will be divided into 2 parts: 20 minutes of spin & 20 minutes of stretch/yoga. This class is open to beginners but is also appropriate for those who are seasoned spinners.

An amazing full body workout with Natalie. Using a suspension trainer and bodyweight exercises, students perform movements that build strength, flexibility, balance and core stability by leveraging gravity and their weight as resistance.

Join Natalie for this series that provides a full-body workout emphasizing core strength, flexibility, balance and controlled breathing. Practice a series of precise movements and poses. Benefits include improved posture, coordination, mobility and focus. With guidance on proper form and technique, gain strength, control and body awareness. Regular practice sculpts muscles and provides a gentle, low-impact workout suitable for all levels
