Four certified personal trainers are available at Supreme Fitness. Our trainers bring knowledge and experience to our members. To set up an appointment with a trainer, please stop by the front desk and one of our staff members will assist you.

Tanning

A CLEAN AND WELL-MAINTAINED TANNING BED

20-minute bed available.

Walk-ins welcome during regular business hours.

Tanning packages for members as well as non-members.

Sauna

Sauna rooms are available in the locker rooms for both men and women. Step inside to melt away all of your worries.

Instructions for use are posted outside sauna.

Massage Therapy

Supreme Fitness is now offering massage therapy sessions with Mindy Bean! Treat yourself to a relaxing massage after your workout, on your lunch break or any other time - we know you could use it. Sessions available on site by appointment.
