Beginning Strength Training

Strength training instructional is designed with the beginner in mind. Member ages range from 50 to 80. Ten exercises are taught on the main gym floor using a combination of free weights and resistance machines. The exercises are changed approximately every 8 weeks, giving members exposure to a wide variety of equipment. The class is taught by Owner/Personal trainer Carla Grant.
