Fit Over 50

Combine strength, stability and balance and you have Fit Over 50!!!

Movements incorporating, resistance bands, chairs, free weights and bodyweight. Combine these things with our instructor Bethany and you are well on your way to a healthier stronger lifestyle. Also a great class for those returning from rehab as well.
