Boot Camp - Sierra

"Boot Camp” combines strength, cardio, and endurance with the concept of muscle confusion. All fitness levels are welcome but come prepared to work hard. The class is $5 for members and $12 for non-members, some discounts are available. "Boot Camp" is taught by Sierra Rain.
