High Intensity Interval Training

It is often referred to as circuit training and involves a large variety of exercises performed at a high intensity. Here at Supreme we incorporate exercises from all different types of fitness including but not limited to : Strongman, Powerlifting, Olympic Weightlifting, Functional Fitness, Bodybuilding and Cardiovascular/endurance training. We start our classes with a short warm up routine and then move to our first activity which is a single exercise aimed at building overall strength and technique. These workouts include the “big 3” of squat, bench press and deadlift, but can also include Olympic lifting. After our slower paced strength portion comes WOD (workout of the day). Our WOD is constantly varied every day to keep you and your body guessing and to keep the gains coming. After the WOD there is a short cool down stretch out portion. The best part is that all workouts can be scaled to every ones ability level so every one can participate. The class is $5 for members and $12 for non-members. Discount packages are available.
