Natalie and Bethany will motivate you through an awesome indoor cycling class that provides all the terrain you need — hills, climbs, flats, and much more! Set to great music, you are sure to break a sweat as you cross the finish line with the team. A great way to increase lower body strength and cardiovascular endurance. Clearing the mind, and awaking the body! Get there a few minutes early so the instructor can help you set up your bike. We have 15 Spinner® stationary bicycles. The class is for $5 members and $12 for non-members. Discount packages are available. Be sure to sign up ahead of class so we will have a bike available for you.

High Intensity Interval Training. H.I.I.T w/Eric
It is often referred to as circuit training and involves a large variety of exercises performed at a high intensity. Here at Supreme we incorporate exercises from all different types of fitness including but not limited to : Strongman, Powerlifting, Olympic Weightlifting, Functional Fitness, Bodybuilding and Cardiovascular/endurance training. We start our classes with a short warm up routine and then move to our first activity which is a single exercise aimed at building overall strength and technique. These workouts include the “big 3” of squat, bench press and deadlift, but can also include Olympic lifting. After our slower paced strength portion comes WOD (workout of the day). Our WOD is constantly varied every day to keep you and your body guessing and to keep the gains coming. After the WOD there is a short cool down stretch out portion. The best part is that all workouts can be scaled to every ones ability level so every one can participate.
Monday and Wednesday evenings with coaching happening between 4:30 pm. and 7pm. On Friday evenings 4:00pm.-6:30pm.
BOOT CAMP w/Fish
"Boot Camp” combines strength, cardio, and endurance with the concept of muscle confusion. All fitness levels are welcome but come prepared to work hard. "Boot Camp" is taught by Peter Case (Fish).
Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30-6:30 pm.
Core and More
Gretchen utilizes all of her training to bring a (short) class on Core followed by her variety hour. Every class is different but utilizes every muscle in the body.
Tuesday and Thursday 9am-9:20am
This class with Gretchen follows her Core and More class. It is a great combination for a complete workout. Plan on using both your own body weight for strength work as well as lighter weights and resistance equipment.

Fit Over 50
Combine strength, stability and balance and you have Fit Over 50!!!
Movements incorporating, resistance bands, chairs, free weights and bodyweight. Combine these things with our instructor Gretchen and you are well on your way to a healthier stronger lifestyle. Also a great class for those returning from rehab as well.

Strength Training for Beginners
Strength training instructional is designed with the beginner in mind. Member ages range from 50 to 80. Ten exercises are taught on the main gym floor using a combination of free weights and resistance machines. The exercises are changed approximately every 8 weeks, giving members exposure to a wide variety of equipment. The class is taught by Owner/Personal trainer Carla McComb.
Monday and Friday from 9:00 am -10:00 am.
New to TRX? Start with this simple TRX workout as you increase total- body flexibility, promote mobility and stability and develop core strength. This class focuses on technique, flexibility, balance, and strength by developing basic foundational exercises through easy to follow progressions.TRX is offered by Natalie on Wednesday mornings at 9:00AM and Saturday mornings at 9:30AM.
Ro has combined her own practice and yoga trainings to include mostly Hatha, Vinyasa, and Iyengar in her teaching. It is her belief that yoga should be fun and available to all individuals. Yoga is also about spirit, love, community, and self-awareness. Yoga is being offered free to members on Monday at 10:00am and Tuesday evenings at 4:00 pm.
BOOTCAMP w/Trisha Selbach
Trisha will put you through your paces with her high energy Bootcamp Monday and Wednesday mornings at 6:15AM & 7:30AM! That’s right! Two classes each morning! Come check it out! The goal is to get in the best shape of your life in a
supportive community environment while having the most fun possible. Everyone is met where they are at: this is an all level small group training so often everyone is doing something slightly different. Prepare to push and work hard and to reap the rewards of a great workout.
