 Classes include Strength Training Instructional for beginners with Carla on Monday and Friday 9am-10am...Boot Camp with Peter Tuesday and Thursday 5:30-6:30pm as well as Sunday 8am...Spin with Natalie on Monday and Wednesday 5:30-6:30pm Tuesday and Thursday 12:10-12:50 Lunch time ,Friday Morning 6-6:45am and Saturday 8:30am .... Gretchen's Variety Thursday 9:15-10:15am... Fit Over 50,Tuesday and Thursday 10:30-11:30am....Eric will be in the back room as a CrossFit Level 1 Coach on Monday Wednesday and Friday evenings coaching  H.I.I.T (High Intensity Interval Training)... Team BS (Bruce and Scott) CrossFit Level 1 coach, will be in the back room on Monday Wednesday Friday's from 10am-1pm for all that would like to join them...
